Indian mobile maker Celkon on Tuesday launched Campus A518 a new budget smartphone in Campus series in India. The device is made available at Rs. 4,500 in all retail stores through out India but their is no correct information whether the device will be available online or not.

Y Guru, Chairman and Managing Director of Celkon Mobiles during the launch said, "We at Celkon believe in constantly upgrading our offerings with innovation. The new Campus A518 is one such model which combines the power of a large screen with latest features and stylish add-ons. We have many more exciting and innovative products in the pipeline."

IPL 8: Sunrisers Hyderabad Won Match Against Kings XI Punjab

Sunrisers Hyderabad won the match against Kings XI Punjab in Indian Premier League (IPL) by 20 runs at the Punjab Cricket Association stadium in Mohali. Kings XI Punjab won the toss and choose to bowl first. Sunrise made a decent score of 151 runs for 6, Punjab managed 130/9 in their 20 overs.

Nepal earthquake: Death Toll Soared to 4,000

Earthquake-hit Nepal death toll has reached around 4,000, at least 7,180 people were seriously injured and the death toll is expected to touch 5,000. The quake-hit area has been facing crisis of food, water, electricity and medicines. Massive rescue operations and relief efforts are taking place.

Leela Mani Paudel, Nepal's top bureaucrat in a press conference stated that, "We urge foreign countries to give us special relief materials and medical teams. We are really desperate for more foreign expertise to pull through this crisis. We are appealing for tents, dry goods, blankets, mattresses, and 80 different medicines that we desperately need now."  

Still hundreds of people are trapped under tonnes of wreckage and a National Disaster helpline no 1078 has been launched to help people and conduct rescue operations. RK Jain, NDMA Member-Secretary at a press conference stated that, "Anybody can use this number by dialing 011-1078 and whatever request we get will be shared with agencies concerned involved in the operation."

Motorola Slashes Price of Moto X, Moto G (Gen 2) in India

Motorola the India's most leading Smartphone has slashed the price of second-generation Smartphone Moto G by Rs 2,000 and second-generation Moto X by Rs 3,000 in India.

The new model Moto G was previously available at Rs 12,999 and now the price has been cut down and made available at Rs 10,999 on Flipkart.
